The Australia Junior Championships in 2012 were hosted by Tasmania at the St Ailbies Hall in Launceston.
Darts Tasmania Inc formerly Tasmanian Darts Council Inc should be proud of the Championships they presented for all the Australian Juniors not only was it successful for the Juniors themselves but it ran smoothly thanks largely to our President Rodney Bessell and more so for the games controller of many years Annette Riley and the many volunteers who gave there time and effort without these people the Championships wouldn’t have been as successful as they were and possibly wouldn’t even take place. So our deepest thanks and admiration goes to the many people to numerous to name that was able to help with canteen, kitchen, stats, setting up and dismantling of the hall., and those that helped the days they were able.
Fours
The Girls finished in 5th with 2 wins from 5
The Boys going one better finishing in 4th with 3 wins from 6.
Doubles
The Tassie Girls won the Junior Australian Doubles Shannon Perry in her first year and Harley How pairing together to take the top place

Teams
In the Teams event run over 2 days the girls finishing 5th, with the boys finishing the teams in 4th place.
The Boy's Nathan Seabourne and Corey Cadby finishing top in their pool losing only one game but in the quarter finals met the eventual winners in Harley Kemp and Matthew Francois (Vic)
